Objective of the Job:
Ensuring project Verifying the production output (Model, drawing, Schedule etc.
Scope:
Responsible for quality throughout project delivery process based on client inputs, technically, drafting & VBS/Client standard point of view
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop the Electrical model from various inputs like CAD, PDF, and IFC for specific Electrical Disciplines.
- Ensure models/drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria/checklist.
- Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other discipline's design-changes and model changes.
- Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM software and tools.
- Create discipline-specific BIM Modelling content.
- Quality Control: Conducting regular quality checks on the BIM models.
- Preparing RFI/Clarification.
- Client Communication
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years experience
- BE - Electrical
- Good Knowledge of BIM and its application in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Modeling of Electrical Power, Lighting, HVAC Power, LV, Security equipment and fixtures
- Experience of USA Projects
- Experience in Understanding and interpretation of electrical power, lighting, HVAC power, LV, and security construction documents
- Software
- AutoCAD, Revit, Navis
- Technical
- Basic Workflow of BIM
- Knowledge of Electrical Modelling, Coordination, and Drawing production.
