BIM Engineer Plumbing

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Engineer Plumbing with 3-12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing design and drafting, as well as experience with BIM software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop plumbing system design models using BIM software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate plumbing system designs
• Create and maintain plumbing system documentation, including drawings and specifications
• Assist with clash detection and coordination between plumbing systems and other building systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in plumbing design and technology

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• 3-12 years of experience in plumbing system design and drafting
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and standards
• Proficient in BIM software and tools, such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with clash detection and coordination
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the job market context of India is preferred
