DDG BIM Services, a leader in propelling the AEC industry from traditional methods to a digital future, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BIM Architect to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of building design through the strategic implementation of BIM workflows.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop and maintain comprehensive BIM models.
- Utilize your expertise in BIM software (Revit preferred) to create accurate and detailed architectural models.
- Manage and ensure the quality and consistency of BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve potential design clashes through comprehensive model coordination.
- Generate construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications, directly from the BIM model.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our BIM processes and workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on BIM methodologies.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a BIM Architect or in a related BIM role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, Navisworks etc.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
