Billing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Certification of Contractors bills.

2. Certification of Reconciliation of client supplied Material.

3. Ability to prepare detailed claims analysis.

4. Ability to prepare price variation based on basic rates.

5. Should have Command over current market rates & rate analysis

6. Knowledge about SAP PS & MM Module

7. Timely payment Bills processing to accounts.

8. Coordination with Accounts for payments, Priority list etc.

9. Should have quick TAT for deliverables

Qualification, Requirements and Skills

• BE/B. Tech Civil
• 4+ years of experience in real estate or construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP software
• Should possess good analytical skills
