Billing Executive

• Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable Management:

Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.

• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.

Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments.

• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing disputes.

• Billing Process Optimization:

Utilize Zoho applications (Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, etc.) to streamline the billing process.

• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Client Communication:

• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding billing and account-related questions.

Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Record Keeping:

Maintain organized and accurate financial records.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports for management.

• Financial Analysis:

Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.

• Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Accounts and Billing Executive or similar role with minimum 1Yrs of Exp.

Proficiency in using Zoho applications (Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, etc.) is a must.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
