Job Title: Senior Executive - Revenue Assurance

Job Grade: 8

Note- This will be a core data analytics job with hybrid work culture.

Position Summary:

Position responsible for creating & maintaining Install base and ensure timely billing & entitlement for all North America Managed Services Customers.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• To work closely with cross functional teams & setup the install base

• Ensure end to end control over the Billing, right from data creation to invoice generation.

• Data base management - responsible for iMACC (move add cancel change) & Entitlement.

• Identify potential gaps in the existing process & devise proactive measure to correct it.

Core Skills:

• Excellent Communication skills

• Knowledge of data analytical tools (Tableau, PowerBI)

• Good command over advance MS-Excel skills.

• Knowledge about NCR systems (Preferred)

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduation & Above

• Formal vocational or technical certification

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience preferably in international BPO/KPO
