Location:

Salary - Approx. 50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed bills for construction projects
- Verifying contractor bills and ensuring compliance with contract terms
- Coordinating with site engineers and project managers to track project progress and costs
- Maintaining and updating project cost records
- Ensuring timely submission of bills and invoices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction billing
- Proficiency in billing software and MS Office
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
