SISPL manufactures a range of telecom equipment including Retrofit Controllers, AMF Panels, DC Energy Meters, Dual DG Panels, and Free Cooling Units.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer at SISPL. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to billing systems, rate analysis, quantity surveying, and preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities). The role will involve working in the telecom sector and contributing to the infrastructure support provided by SISPL.

Role & Qualifications

• Experience in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, and quantity surveying
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge and experience in billing systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
• Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
• Knowledge of the SAP, ERP Tools
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Billing department
• Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings
• Prepare & process subcontractor bills
• To take the measurement from the site engineer
• To get work done as per the protocol of the company
• To follow up on the accounts department for payment
• Review the quantities item listed
• Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
• Checking measurements
• Bill certification
• Should be good in MS Excel and MS word
• Preparing reconciliation statements
