Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing and Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in managing invoicing, recording payments, following up on overdue accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. Proficiency in accounting software and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role, as you will play a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations and excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable roles, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Familiarity with invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero) and proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards resolving customer issues.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
