PLEASE NOTE CANDIDATE HAVING GOOD EXPERIENCE IN Bill of Quantity, EXCEL WORKING IN PREFERABLE- Study the 3d Design & calculate Estimate / Quotation by calculating Bill of Materials based on the drawings
Calculate sizes & costs for individual items like partitions, wooden furniture, branding materials etc- Get costs from various enlisted vendors/market for readymade items like light fittings, furnitures, wallpapers etc
Preparation of final Quotation in standard format.
- Take approval from higher management for prepared estimation.
Discuss with Sales team for changing materials or design elements to meet the Clients budget.- Supervise site measurement when required.
- Preferred candidate profile
Diploma degree in interior Design- Good understanding of drawings & materials
Proficient with MS Excel, AutoCAD & calculations
- Experience as an interior cost estimator.
* Strong understanding of interior design principles, material, and construction method
- Time Management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
