This position is a Bilingual Recruitment Consultant which involves managing the complete recruitment cycle. To succeed, youll need to be results-oriented and able to manage several mandates at once. You will be involved in the entire recruitment process, including candidate headhunting, client meetings and candidate management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Recruit, select, evaluate, and match qualified candidates to the specific job requirements
- Ensure all candidates are screened on time and daily recruiting activities are entered into the system (ATS/CRM).
- Collaborate and partner with other internal teams and customer representatives.
- Candidate management (building pipeline, nurturing relationships, and recruiting the best talent in the market!)
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be fluently bilingual English/French (written/spoken)
- 1 to 2 years experience in the recruitment and staffing industry; experience in Skilled Trades is an asset.
- Good computer and administrative skills (excellent data entry and MS Office skills)
- Excellent time management skills; able to manage and prioritize changing priorities.
- Team player and collaborative.
