BIKE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR FOR ROMANIA (EUROPE)

Description

We are seeking an experienced Bike Production Supervisor to oversee the production process of our bike manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bike manufacturing and production management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production process of the bike manufacturing plant
• Ensure that production targets are met within the specified deadlines
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Ensure that all production processes comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Manage and motivate a team of production workers to achieve their targets
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, logistics, and maintenance to ensure smooth production processes
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all required materials are available for production

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in bike manufacturing and production management
• Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics
• Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
