Designation: BIGFIX Admin (1-4) - BLR

Experience : 1 - 4Years

Location : Bangalore

Degree : BE-Comp/IT, BE-Other, BTech-Comp/IT, BTech-Other, MCA

Educational Level : Graduate/Bachelors

Industrial Type : IT-Software/Software Services

Job Description :

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Hands on experience with troubleshooting BigFix client and relay communication issues in a large multisite deployment needed
  • Troubleshooting Proficient at Systematic analysis to diagnose and trace data flow to determine cause and effect of issues.
  • Experience writing fixlets in TEM/BigFix for package deployments
  • Experience creating packages for windows updates to servers and PCs
  • Experience creating custom properties and Analysis in BigFix to use for reporting
  • Scripting for administration and automation
  • Follow ITIL standard practices for incident, change and problem management
  • Performing DR Drill and ensure Service Continuity
  • Audit IT infrastructure and publish monthly health report
