Context:

As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and maintain our data infrastructure and solutions, extensively used by strategy teams to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable data pipelines.
• Maintain batch data pipelines, cloud functions, and workflows.
• Act as the single point of contact for data transformation using Google Cloud services.
• Handle change requests end-to-end.
• Assist business users with reports in Tableau.
• Ensure documentation is up to date.

Technical Skills:

• Pyspark, Scala, Databricks, SQL, GitHub.
• Cloud and Database - AWS- Kinesis, DynamoDb and S3

Activities to be Performed:

• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Incident Management: Support and monitor data pipelines, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Troubleshooting: Independently identify and resolve data issues.
• Data Quality Assurance: Recommend and enforce data quality standards.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and provide status updates.
• Personal Attributes:
• Quick learner, able to work under pressure and ambiguity.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment.
