Are you interested in shaping the next generation of Analytics, BI and Data Science driven solutions for the financial industry Do you enjoy working in an agile teams We're looking for a Big Data Engineer to join the team and help shape the next generation of our data solutions for Wealth Management and Banking. Do you have experience in designing, developing, testing and maintaining Cloud Data Platforms, Data Pipelines and Data Management Systems If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Your key tasks
- You will be responsible for creating scalable and reliable data pipelines that ingest, process, and deliver data from various sources to our real-time data platform
- Closelycollaboratewith Product Managers, Data Scientists, BusinessAnalystsandSoftwareEngineers
- Design,developandmaintain new data integration solutions
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, and cloud technologies such as Snowflake
- ExperienceinproductiveBigData and DataAnalytics environments
- Experience inStreamProcessing,StreamingData,andDataPipelines
- Experience with data modeling, data quality, and data governance best practices
- FluentinspokenandwrittenEnglish
It would be a real bonus if you have
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a data engineer or a similar role
- Practicalexperienceimplementingcontainerplatforms,preferably OpenShift/Kubernetes andimplementingMicroservices
- FamiliarityinstreamingtechnologieslikeKafka andKafka Connect
- Understandingofdatavisualization solutions like Tableau,Qlik,PowerBI
- PracticalexperienceonInfrastructureascodelikeTerraform
- Bankingknow-howorexperienceworkingonfinancialsolutions
