Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bidding Associate to join our team at Serva Applabs. As a Bidding Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the bidding process and managing client relationships. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with bidding platforms and tools (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and submitting bids for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop winning proposals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new bidding opportunities
- Maintain client relationships and provide timely updates on bid progress
- Track and report on bid outcomes and document lessons learned
- Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contracts with clients
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices in bidding and proposal development
