Learning Roles and Responsibilities:

n
  • Bidding on Freelancer Websites: Identify and bid on relevant projects on freelancer websites to secure new business opportunities.
n
  • Meeting & Presentations: Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present and demonstrate our machinery and services. Highlight the benefits and technical specifications to clients.
n
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the bidding team to ensure goals are met. Provide guidance and feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
n
  • Communication & Messaging: Engage with potential clients through WhatsApp, Facebook, and LinkedIn messaging to generate leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
n
  • Networking: Utilize LinkedIn and other networking platforms to connect with industry professionals and potential clients. Participate in networking events and online forums to expand our reach.
n
  • Negotiation & Sales: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
n

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bidding, business development, or sales.n
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to articulate complex machinery solutions to clients.n
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.n
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.n
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and networking tools.n
  • Willingness to travel across Delhi as needed.n
  • A proactive approach to developing business and a keen interest in career advancement.n
