• JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Job Role: We are seeking a skilled Online Bidder to join our team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals for various projects through online platforms and marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of bidding processes and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

• Job details:

Designation: Online Bidder

• Education: Graduation in any stream

Experience: 1-3 years

• Job location: Motiaz Royal Business Park, Zirakpur, Punjab

Package: 23-25k p.m. + Lucrative Incentives

• Full time, Work from Office,

5 Days working, Day Shifts

• Shift timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Basic Target of doing 2 projects per month as a Bidder

• Mandatory skills:

Excellent Communication skills (Written and verbal skills).

• Good in Client handling and Bid Management

Expert in Proposal writing.

• Proven experience as an Online Bidder in the IT or services industry.

Strong knowledge of bidding portals and their working mechanisms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr etc.).

• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective proposals.

Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

• Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintaining strong customer relations

• Identify potential clients and opportunities through various online channels (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr etc.).

Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to the client's requirements.

• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment terms with clients.

Collaborate with the technical team and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and deliver accurate estimates.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients, generate new leads & convert into sales.

Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.

• Achieve monthly targets for revenue generation.
