- Effectively delegate the management of paid search and social campaigns across multiple platforms with an analytical approach, and produce actionable analyses to drive results for clients
- Ensure budgets, optimizations, and performance are executed and aligned with client goals
- Produce insights, reports and commentary for clients to continuously deliver improvements in KPIs. At the same time manage your own set of clients.
- Ensure agency processes, best practices and tech automation are being adopted across your accounts
- Final-stage QA checking campaign builds and account changes
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the paid search space and Paid Social space, and how this can affect your own clients
- Mentor more junior members of the paid media team & help them grow
Who we re looking for
- You are a seasoned digital marketer with 5-7 years of experience managing tactics and strategy for paid search and paid social campaigns. You are organised, process-oriented, and an effective manager, and are eager to further develop the strategic side of your paid media

- Hands-on experience of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Facebook and LinkedIn

- Proven organizational, project, and time management skills. Knowledge on programmatic platform i.e. DV360 and TTD is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide actionable insights for all levels of an organization
