nDay in the life:

n

n
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products, solutions and other aspects of the company's platforms to effectively understand and respond to client requests.
n
• Participate in or lead activities related to proposal development and write proposals and responses to RFPs to ensure delivery of RFPs for any new and existing clients/businesses.
n
• Understand/research the proposal scope and gathering information from relevant sources and Subject Matter Experts to develops approach to proposal response and prepare a responsive submission to the RFP.
n
• Review all proposal content to ensure that styling meets company standards and that the creative output is dynamic and within brand guidelines
n
• Participate in Deal Teams and assists in the business reviews for all potential prospects
n
• Actively develops and refines proposal processes and maintain the accuracy of the contents in the RFP library.
n
• Works directly with the business development team to ensure an optimized RFP writing process to provide responses in a timely and high-quality manner.

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

n

n
• 3 years of bid/proposal writing experience
n
• Leadership experience to grow the team
n
• Adobe inDesign experience a huge advantage
n
• Project Management skills and experience
n
• Excellent written/verbal communication and effective listening skills
n
• Business writing skills and mastery of the English written language, including spelling, composition and grammar
n
• Additional written language capabilities in simplified Chinese or Japanese is an advantage
n
• Strong proofreading and editing skills
n
• Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
n
• Strong organisation and time management skills and an ability to manage a broad range of activities simultaneously across different markets
n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
