What are we looking for
We are seeking a talented Bid Coordinator to join the fast-paced, deadline-driven environment of bids. The role will be based in Delhi, reporting to both our office leads in Delhi and Senior Bid Specialists in Brisbane, Australia.
The Bid Coordinator role will be critical in ensuring we continue to produce world-class bids to assist our senior leaders in the market. Working closely with the APAC Brisbane-based Bid team, Marketing team and Principal architects, the role encompasses tender submissions, capability documents, sector brochures, and more. As a critical bid team member, you will support the APAC bid team in coordinating submissions that showcase an understanding of the client and the project requirements, and that address submission criteria.
Specifically, our future BID Coordinator will be responsible for:
Coordinating high-quality EOI and RFX submissions per company standards and client requirements, including reviewing tender requirements, coordinating content from internal and external resources to address key points, and compiling company information to support pre-qualification questionnaire submissions.
Developing the skills required to use the various digital lodgement and release portals used for bids and tenders by various government, institutional and private bodies.
Providing assistance across the business in relation to contract and bid-related queries received via telephone, email or face-to-face communication.
Utilising and regularly updating the APAC Bid Library and data platforms with approved content and marketing material to support the production of bids and proposals, liaising with appropriate staff across APAC to ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
Capturing and maintaining project information, including design team biographies and CVs, brochure library, and award wins.
Working in conjunction with the APAC Bid Team and Business Development team to understand the pipeline of business opportunities.
Further to this, the type of people we're looking for are those with:
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
High level written and verbal English communication skills in addition to basic spoken Hindi communication skills
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint
The ability to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies while ensuring key criteria are meticulously addressed
A high level of organizational prowess and time management skills, excelling in multitasking within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Capable of providing and receiving constructive feedback
Familiar with Adobe InDesign, with a basic proficiency (preferred)
