Understand complex business needs, data requirements and then translate requirements into effective visualizations and actionable insights using Tableau
Compile various data sources with large amounts of data and link data together to create solutions
Contribute towards development/usage of reusable components
Taking technical ownership of your own deliveries
Uphold delivery schedules & compliance policies
What We re Looking For :
Need go-getters who are energetic, curious and creative
5-7 years of relevant experience required with 3+ years building Tableau based solutions
Bachelor s degree where course work could include (either): statistics, travel, business administration, finance, decision sciences, economics, and mathematics. Candidates with Masters preferred
Expert level proficiency in Tableau (showcase of work will be required)
Proficiency in workflow development using Alteryx
Strong knowledge of SQL programming language
Knowledge of Hive/R will be a plus
.NET Front-End development or maintenance experience is a plus
Should have good analytical and project management skills with an innovative mindset and ability to think conceptually
Strong interpersonal skills, listening ability and written presentation skills
Highly focused with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail and focus on quality
Ability to deal with ambiguity and present/discuss work results in a compelling manner
Team player, Flexibility/ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Excellent time management skills required - including the ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
