Job Brief
- Provide prompt and effective support, maintenance and development on OBIEE/OAS based Analytics Datawarehouse.
- The position is responsible for implementation and development and maintenance of OBIEE environment. The requirements of the position include Development & Support, performance tuning and optimization of OBIEE code.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible to provide enhancements, development, migration, and support in Oracle BI Tool stack in OBIEE.
- Expertise in Dimensional Modelling (using Star / Snowflake schema) and drafting High Level and Low Level DWH Design and RPD.
- OBIEE code development (in OBIA Environment), enhancements and support would be the primary responsibility along with performance tuning existing dashboards.
- Expertise in working in Physical, BMM and Presentation layers in RPD.
- Develops and maintains back-end infrastructure RPD and front-end user interface Catalog.
- Experience of implementing OBIEE security, security groups and permissions.
- Proficient in the data, reports, and dashboards particular to Oracle EBS manufacturing, financials, procurement and spend, and order management modules.
- Production Support troubleshooting failures and bug fixing across environments in OBIEE.
- Analyze data latency, accuracy, and relevance to ensure data integrity of reports.
- Strong understanding of Data warehouse principles using Star Schema (Dimensional Modelling)
- Experience of working in Oracle BI Analytics Warehouse Methodology & Star Schema.
- Exposure to performance tuning of dashboard in OBIEE and SQL query tuning.
- Migration and other deployment activities in Oracle BI tool stack (OBIEE), Kintana and PVCS
- Must have strong Oracle database experience including complex SQL, query debug and optimization.
- Should have strong understanding in BI/data warehouse analysis, design, development & test experience.
- Strong understanding of Change Management Processes and basic understanding of SBM and ServiceNow

- 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience working in OBIEE.
- Ability to work in a demanding user environment.
- Strong Written and Oral communication skills.
- Knowledge on Tools like Serena Business Manager and Service Now
- Knowledge on SDLC and change management process.
- Coordinating among various teams for day-to-day activity.
- Working with Project Managers for assistance in various project implementations.
- Designing and improving BI processes for Development and Change Management.
- Ready to work in 24*7 environments.
