We are seeking a highly skilled BI and ML Developer with a passion for leveraging data and machine learning to drive business insights and decision-making. Role Description (15,000 - 30,000 per Month)

This is a full-time remote role for a BI and Machine Learning Developer at [Company Name]. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Intelligence Development: Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Ensure these solutions provide clear, actionable insights to support key business decisions.

• Machine Learning and AI Development: Build, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems such as prediction, classification, and clustering. Utilize tools like Python, R, or TensorFlow for model development and optimization.

• Data Integration and ETL: Work with large datasets from diverse sources. Develop and manage efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure clean, structured, and reliable data pipelines for both BI reporting and ML model training.

• Collaboration with other Teams: Collaborate with other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide guidance on data infrastructure, reporting needs, and advanced analytics.

• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Generate reports that summarize key performance metrics and model outputs for various stakeholders.

• Automation and Scalability: Design and implement automated solutions for both BI reporting and ML model deployment. Ensure that systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable to support future business needs.

• Continuous Improvement and Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in BI, data analytics, and machine learning. Continuously evaluate new technologies and tools to improve current processes and enhance analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BI Developer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation, querying, and model development.
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data/AI services is a plus
• Understanding of big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka is a plus.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and UX design principles for dashboard development.
