Roles & Responsibility

Should possess experience as a trainer

Should have hands on experience in working in banks or managing banking operations

Understanding of financial concepts and industry

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)

Primary responsibility will be to deliver training programs that cover a wide range of topics related to banking, financial services, and insurance, ensuring that participants are well-prepared for their roles and contribute effectively to the organizations success

Developing and implementing training programs that are aligned with business objectives, including design and development of curriculum, materials, and assessments

Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes within the BFSI sector.

Continuously enhance training programs to align with evolving industry requirements

Overall, should have experience in delivering the modules to students

Should be good in content creation and assessments

Skills Required:

Excellent Communication skills and Listening skills

Flexible with respect to timings

Need to possess good classroom deliverable skills Qualification & Experience
