Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented BFSI Process Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various processes within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of BFSI operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Accurately enter and validate financial data, transaction details, and client information into internal systems
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to banking and insurance products
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to transactions, policies, and client communications
• Generate and analyse reports on operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency

Date: Every week Monday to Friday (Walk-in)

Time: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM IST

Eligibility:

Experience required- 0-4 years

Qualification- Graduate freshers or experienced both can apply.
