Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Beverage Manager at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. The Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the beverage department, including managing inventory, developing and implementing drink menus, ensuring quality service, and maximizing profitability. The role involves working closely with the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Job Title: Beverage Manager

Summary:

Responsible for managing daily beverage operations, staff, and inventory across restaurants, bars, and room service. Ensures compliance with policies, standards, and legal obligations while promoting guest satisfaction, employee development, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage beverage operations, inventory, and controls.

2. Implement policies, procedures, and standards.

3. Ensure compliance with liquor laws and regulations.

4. Monitor budgets, operating statements, and payroll.

5. Lead and train beverage staff.

6. Provide exceptional customer service.

7. Develop menus and promotions.

8. Maintain food handling and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in food and beverage or related field.

- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related major; 2 years experience.
