Job Description
- Responsible for the Sales & Distribution for the assigned geography
- Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations
- Merchant Acquisition & relationship management
- Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market
- Key Accounts management
- Ensure the team members are in market where sales & usage are done regularly
- Responsible for day-to-day deliverables and hygiene
- Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area
Reporting Matrix : The role will report to the Area Sales Manager and will have 15-20 field executives as direct reports.
Local candidate aware of the geography shall be preferred
