The Senior Benefits Specialist performs and administers one or more organizational benefits programs to our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary contact for clients and plan vendors.
- Ensure client benefit plans accuracy, perform quality checks of benefits-related data.
- Assist clients and members with benefit claims issues, plan changes, enroll clients with carriers and Process life status changes
- Respond to benefits inquires on plan provisions.
- Process and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperwork.
- Provide reports for allocation and billing.

Education & Experience:
- Associates Degree or above
- 3-5 years of group benefit experience
