Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proven track record experience in building and managing the Full Cycle of US Bench Sales and Recruitment for large successful companies
- Comprehensive understanding of various US Visa types
- Identifying staffing requirements based on business needs and current employee skill sets
- Identify, source, and place candidates on the bench with clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- 2-6 years of experience in US IT staffing, with a focus on bench sales
- Proven track record of success in bench sales recruiting
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry, including current trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Willing to work as per US timings ( 7:00 p.m IST - 4:00 a.m IST )
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of industry-specific products, services, and solutions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
