Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Bench Sales and OPT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bench sales recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to market any visa profile effectively. This role requires a self-driven individual who can work independently and achieve self-set goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and market the bench consultants, including H1B, OPT, GC, and US citizens.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prime vendors and clients.
• Source, screen, and place candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Negotiate contract rates with vendors and clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
• Achieve and exceed set goals and targets related to placements and sales.
• Maintain and update the database with candidate and client information.

Requirements:

• 1.5 to 3 years of experience in bench sales recruiting.
• Proven ability to work with prime vendors and market any visa profile.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong goal-oriented mindset and self-motivation.
• Ability to work from the office.
