Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in bench sales recruiting.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Good knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Experience in mentoring and training bench sales team members.

  • Manage the bench sales process, including sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified consultants.

  • Negotiate rates and terms with clients and consultants.
  • Provide guidance and support to the bench sales team, including training and mentoring.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated with industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the bench sales process and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of consultants, clients, and placements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on bench sales performance and provide insights to the management.
