Bench Sales Recruiters

Job Duties:

Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (GC, US Citizens, H1B, OPT and CPT) to vendors or direct clients.

Responsible for sourcing job requirements from vendors, negotiating the rates, coordinating interviews, closing, and placing the consultants.

Pre-screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.

Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.

Possess a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, Client Hiring manager contacts. Generate leads to acquire new clients.

Suggest innovative ways to market and place candidates.

Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 1 + years of experience in US IT recruitment. Relevant experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs, H1B, OPT, CPT

• Well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp-2-Corp & 1099 etc.

• Must have good understanding of US staffing business, bench sales and recruitment process.

• Strong bench sales and marketing background. Must be independent and a self-starter. High level of attention to details, team player, dynamic and result oriented.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in English effectively.
