This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. As a Bench Sales Recruiter at VASG Inc, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential candidates for our clients project requirements. You will work on building relationships with bench candidates, checking their availability, negotiating rates, and coordinating the submission and interview process. Your goal will be to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates to meet our clients staffing needs.

• Prior experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or a similar role in the IT staffing industry
• Strong understanding of the IT consulting industry and bench recruitment process
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
