Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter Responsibilities:
Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
Sole responsibility for marketing IT bench consultants with vendors or direct client.
Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Graduation from any stream.
Verbal and written English communication skills.
Well versed with usage of computer and job boards.
Other Information:
Shift timing - 7 PM to 4 AM | 1 Dinner Break | 2 Tea Breaks.
Working Days 5 (Monday to Friday).
Work from office.
Indian and US holidays.
45000 Incentive per closure.
CTC Information:
2.4 LPA to 3.0 LPA + Incentive
