Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (Freshers)

• Job Summary:

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for various client requirements in the IT industry. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals seeking to develop skills in recruitment, sales, and relationship management.

• Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and networking techniques to identify potential candidates for contract and full-time positions.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

• Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand client requirements and align candidate submissions accordingly.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, facilitating the entire recruitment process.

• Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and other employment conditions with candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.

• Develop and nurture relationships with candidates to build a strong talent network.

Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise candidates and clients.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Any Degree

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment practices.

Basic knowledge of IT terminology and concepts is a plus.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
