Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

Office Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

We are seeking a hard-working professional to join our tenali team as a Bench Sales Recruiter. Our staffing firm is one of the fastest growing and most respected in the industry, and we are looking for confident, self-motivated individuals with a proven track record to apply.

As a IT Recruiter, you will:

• Utilize your experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools and social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.
• Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources.
• Have extensive experience in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment.
• Have experience working with OPT / CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
• Have knowledge of all United States Tax-terms (like w2, 1099, and corp2corp).
• Perform thorough reference checks.
• Negotiate pay rates.

Recruiter Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a strong attitude, aptitude, passion, and experience.
• Have 1-2+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience.
• Have a proven track record of success in recruiting.
• Be a highly competitive, energetic, and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for recruiting A-player professionals.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have strong time management and organizational skills.
