Requirements
- Experience managing full life cycle Bench Sales process to meet the needs of the consultants and organization
- Experience working in a bench sales environment with the ability to handle multiple consultants a day
- Experience with Application Tracking Systems, Job Boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Experience in marketing consultants in technologies including but not limited to SAP, Salesforce, BI/BW, Front End/Back End, Web/E-Commerce, Oracle Tools, Mobile Apps, and QA
- Experience with H1B transfers including but not limited to persuading candidates, negotiating, and transferring
- Extensive experience working with online job portals including Dice, Monster, and Career Builder with the ability to write search strings using the Boolean method
- Sound knowledge of US Visa Classification including H1B, L1, B1, T1N1, EAD Green Card, and OPT
- Sound Knowledge of Tax Terms including W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp
- Should be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organization, communication, management, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail & highly processes oriented
Responsibilities
- Understand Consultant requirements and search for matching jobs accordingly
- Advertise bench candidates via online job portals and social media websites
- Responsible for a detailed evaluation of job requirements against the consultant's resume
- Responsible for coordinating with recruiters over the phone/online to discuss consultant skills, experience, and education
- Document and maintain consultant's information and resumes in the applicant tracking system as appropriate
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Ensure all company practices are in accordance with SOPs
- Build H1B candidate pipeline
