Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit IT professionals for contract positions, focusing on candidates who are on the bench or between projects.
- Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for specific client requirements.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions of contracts with candidates.
- Working directly on Direct clients and Prime Vendors requirement
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualification required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in bench sales, IT staffing, or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology skills commonly sought by clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.
