Job Description

Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Remote but located in Hyderabad or Bangalore

Salary: X rupees plus bonus and commission

Must work in US timing (MST)

7 Years Of Experience And MBA Required.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants, identifying potential clients, and ensuring quick and successful placements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the IT market, and a strategic approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Bench Consultants:
    • Actively market bench consultants to prospective clients and vendors.
    • Utilize job portals, social media, and networking events to identify opportunities.
    • Maintain a database of potential clients and vendors for bench consultants.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for bench consultants, providing guidance and support.
    • Ensure high levels of client and consultant satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
    • Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients and vendors.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of client and consultant interactions and placements.
    • Prepare regular reports on marketing and placement activities.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Proven experience in bench sales or technical recruiting, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of various IT technologies and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with third-party vendors and clients.
  • Knowledge of H1B, OPT, CPT, and other work authorizations.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems).
