Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Bench Sales Recruiter in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process, hiring, account management, and communication. The role requires working closely with candidates, hiring managers, and other recruiters to drive the recruitment process forward.

• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies.
• Source and identify qualified candidates on the bench through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Qualify candidates by phone and/or in-person interviews to assess their skills, experience, and fit for open positions.
• Prepare and submit resumes and cover letters for candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and benefits for candidates.
• Onboard new hires and provide ongoing support.
• Track and report on key metrics, such as placements, time to fill, and cost per hire.

• Sales Recruitment and Account Management skills
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring experience
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience in Bench Sales Recruiting is preferred
• Knowledge of the US staffing industry and market trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
