Key Responsibilities:
Bench Marketing:
- Identify and understand the skill sets of candidates on the bench.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to place bench candidates.
- Create compelling resumes and profiles for bench candidates to present to potential clients.
Client Interaction:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and match bench candidates accordingly.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates.
Candidate Management:
- Maintain a database of bench candidates and track their availability.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to bench candidates.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews and ensure they are well presented and well-prepared.
Networking and Relationship Building:
- Network with industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote bench candidates.
- Develop strong relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all candidate and client documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate placements and client interactions.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
