Job Description
1-5 years of proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar role in the IT staffing industry.
Strong understanding of IT terminology and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment databases and tools.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Knowledge of H1B, OPT, and other work visa types.
Established a network of IT professionals and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Bench Marketing:
Identify and understand the skill sets of candidates on the bench.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to place bench candidates.
Create compelling resumes and profiles for bench candidates to present to potential clients.
Client Interaction
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and match bench candidates accordingly.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates.
Candidate Management
Maintain a database of bench candidates and track their availability.
Provide career counseling and guidance to bench candidates.
Prepare candidates for client interviews and ensure they are well-presented and well-prepared.
Networking And Relationship Building
Network with industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote bench candidates.
Develop strong relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
Compliance And Documentation
Ensure all candidate and client documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of candidate placements and client interactions.
Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
