Should have 2+ Years of Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.- Regular interaction and Follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
Ability to interact, develop Vendor network, and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.
- Should have knowledge on US Tax Terms like W2, C2C, 1099
Experience working with US citizens, GC candidates, H1B, EAD and OPT Mandatory- Gathering requirements for consultants from Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques.
Submitting the candidates for suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.
- Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.
Negotiating rate with vendors & managing the long term relations with them.- Keeping a track of rate confirmations and following up on submissions.
Responsibly coordinate with the consultants regarding start and end dates of projects.
- Finding best projects to consultants using tier one contacts and through different web portals like Dice, corp - corp, Monster, Career builder, Net-temps, Job serve, computer jobs, and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn.
Work with prime vendors to avoid middle layers- Should be instrumental in generating leads by maintaining good relationship with Vendors / Consultants.
Good attitude, target driven, career oriented, quick learner along with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and sense of commitment. Team player, Ambitious, competitive, aggressive, passionate and should have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
