Experienced with End-to-End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations, and Follow Up.
The sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench
Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client
Strong hands-on experience in marketing H1B, and H1B Transfer Visa.
Updating resumes into Job Portals Like Dice, Tech-fetch, Monster, CareerBuilder, Simply-Hire, and Indeed.
Applying on the Job openings through the job portals on behalf of consultants.
Getting the requirements from Tier-1 Vendors/ implementing Partners.
The follow-up to the vendors regarding feedback
Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities.
Must deal patiently with the consultants and keep updating them on daily basis regarding the marketing.
