Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Location: Ayyappa Society , Madhapur

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing IT bench candidates to potential clients and vendors in the US staffing market. The candidate should be able to source and place IT professionals on various client requirements, manage relationships with vendors and clients, and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing the bench consultants (H1B, GC, EAD, etc.) to clients and vendors.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 vendors and Implementation partners.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with direct clients, preferred vendors, and MSPs to market consultants.
  • Understanding the needs and requirements of clients, submitting qualified candidates for open positions, and following up to ensure placement.
  • Coordinating interviews, rate negotiations, and offers between candidates and clients.
  • Tracking the placement of consultants and maintaining accurate records.
  • Negotiating pay rates with consultants, vendors, and clients to maximize company margins.
  • Knowledge of current technologies and job market trends in the IT industry.
  • Maintaining a database of active consultants and ensuring quick turnaround on requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruiting in US staffing.
  • In-depth knowledge of US IT recruitment, market trends, and hiring practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with marketing H1B, OPT, GC, and other visa holders.
  • Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ATS and CRM systems.
  • Ability to develop new vendor relationships.
  • Proven track record of placing IT consultants.
