We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Bench-Sales Recruiter to manage and market IT Bench Consultants effectively. The ideal candidate will oversee sourcing, submission, and placement processes while fostering excellent communication and negotiation with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Market IT Bench Consultants (H1B, Transfer, W2) to vendors and clients.
• Identify suitable job opportunities, submit profiles, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Handle cold-calling, rate negotiation, and closing deals efficiently.
• Maintain expertise in US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
