Bench Sales Recruiter

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter (Freshers) based in Hyderabad. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential candidates for contract and full-time positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and the sales team to understand client requirements and source qualified candidates from our bench. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with consultants on the bench, ensuring their skills and availability align with client needs.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and bench sales processes

• Ability to effectively source and screen candidates using various job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools

Experience in negotiating rates and terms with candidates

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

OFFICE TIME- 6:30 PM TO 3:30 AM
