The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in US IT staffing and a proven track record of success in bench sales recruitment. Key Responsibilities
- Posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors to ensure a steady flow of job requirements.
- Negotiating rates with clients and vendors to maximize profitability.
- Utilizing ATS tools to track candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/BE/BSc(MPCs) or equivalent.
- 3-6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Experience in negotiating rates and closing deals.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools for candidate management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts on site in Hyderabad, Madhapur.
