We are seeking a talented and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by effectively marketing our bench resources to potential clients. This role is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter
- Proven track record of successfully marketing bench resources and securing contracts
- Strong understanding of the IT consulting industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Good knowledge of bench recruitment processes
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients
- Market and promote our bench resources to clients in order to secure new contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates for bench marketing
- Screen, interview, and present bench candidates to clients
- Negotiate and finalize contract terms with clients
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for bench candidates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of bench candidates
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
